Service leaves some to be desired I'm afraid. My girlfriend and I visited here around 4pm. We had premium buffet menu. Ordering system was pretty straightforward, though it took more than 10 minutes for us to have the ordered dishes on our table even though there were no other customers in the restaurant. As buffet deal was with the time limit, swifter serving would have been much needed. I recommend you to try here when it's rather busy. As we were the only customers, there was no one else to take dishes from the conveyor so pretty much everything on the conveyor was looking dry and sad. It was a fun experience though !

They used to have more food selection such as odeng, enoki, also more selection of meatballs. However it's still a good place to eat buffet especially if you're single/ alone because serving portion is small and they have individual chair for those who's alone/ small group.

I go Shabushi once every week with my wife. We try to visit the different branches. Unfortunately the Gateway branch is the closest restaurant, but also the one less serviced. These photos is from lunch time on a Monday where it was nearly empty. The price also increased. Vat is now added on top of the 399. Was changed in oct/nov 2023

This was an experience. It was learning as you go by. Many food choices to choose from. Staff did not explain anything to you as you were seated. It's a buffet style business. If you are hungry it will curb your appetite. Check my bill out for all you can eat. Pictures will give you an idea of what type of foods are available.

When we got here at around 7:00 p.m., most of the sushi options were out of stock and not replenished. The Tom Yum soup wasn't as strong as usual, and unfortunately, the ice cream station needed some attention too. Only one matcha flavor was left, and chocolate, lime, and vanilla were all gone. The Food is good. Been here few times. If you love to eat Meat this is good place. Not recommended for vegetarian as no choice. Our Kids love this they can cook there own food its fun for them. Sushi are good for price you paying. Everything is fresh & prepared in front of you.
